All items in our catalog are warranted to be free from defects in manufacture. This warranty is limited at our option, to replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise.  The determination for all warranty claims will be at our sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect cost, such as labor, arising from the use of our products.
*Before starting any paintwork, always prefit the spoiler to the vehicle to make sure that it is the proper model for its application. Parts that have been modified, painted, or prepped are nonreturnable. Improper installation may also void warranty. Innovative Automotive Products does not cover any cost, such as paint or labor, arising from returned spoilers.
If the returned spoiler is found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender's expense. All damage claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery. The entire contents of the package, including wrapping material,must be saved.

Orders will be C.O.D. or cash in advance (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) unless approved credit allows for a 30 day account. We reserve the right to require cash or certified check on C.O.D. orders, at our discretion. NSF checks will be charged $20.00 US.
All shipments are F.O.B., Goldsboro, NC. We use UPS for most shipments, however we do offer a wide variety of carriers to meet all needs. Ask your sales representative for details.
